Q. Why do you only ship in Crates? 

A. To ensure the fastest, smoothest delivery and to keep our prices as low as we can, we offer all our products with a minimum order quantity of at least one crate. This allows us to give you the best service possible, at the cheapest rates, for top-quality and secure slate.

 

Q. What are your opening hours?

A. Our team are available Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 4.30pm, with the exception of bank holidays. However, you can purchase from the website at any time including bank holidays and weekends.

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept the majority of credit cards and debit cards using the secure Opayo service, however we unfortunately do not accept American Express.

 

Q. How long do your deliveries take?

A. Typical deliveries are made within a few working days, dependant on stock availability and location. See our terms and conditions here. Someone will call you after you place your order to confirm your specific delivery needs and estimations. 

 

Q. Do I have to register to order?

A. You can check out as a guest, but if you do register you'll be able to keep track of your orders and view your past orders too.

 

Q. Can I print off data sheets and installation guides?

A. Yes many of the product pages have links to PDFs for you to download & print.
